Prepaid Return Label: A prepaid return shipping label will be included in your package at no cost to you.

Process to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Obtain Return Authorization: Wait for approval and use the return label provided by us. Do not ship items to the original delivery address.

Ship the Item: Use the provided label to return the product free of charge.
